Hyundai Polytech Co., Ltd. actively conducts and applies testing to achieve carbon neutrality, enhance flame retardancy, and reduce toxic substance emissions.

We specialized in manufacturing and supplying insulation for LNG ship piping using custom molds spanning from 0.5 to 40 inches. Our insulation products—including Supports and Elbows—are supplied to major South Korean shipbuilders, such as HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, Hanwha Ocean (formerly DSME), and Samsung Heavy Industries. Specifically for Elbow insulation, we hold a utility model patent for our proprietary molds, ensuring rapid turnaround and consistent quality.

In addition to marine applications, we produce insulation for onshore LNG and LPG piping, as well as polyurethane R-Boards and Flat Boards ranging from 30T to 100T in thickness.

With proven technical expertise in FRP materials and processing, Hyundai Polytech actively participates in development projects aimed at replacing conventional stainless steel (SUS) components with advanced composite materials. Furthermore, we serve as both lead and participating partner in various national R&D projects, driving the development of innovative products and technologies.
